In February 2021 Henderson, along with Kelly Lee Kettle, kidnapped, stabbed and dumped victim Nisha Phillips, planning to dump her body in the boot of a car.
The couple were smoking weed and filming Snapchat videos and singing along to music as they drove south into Belanglo State Forest.
Henderson’s mother remains in custody with Glover after he allegedly led a wild cat-and-mouse chase across western Sydney on Thursday, Nine News reported.
Francisco was allegedly a passenger in the car during the police chase.

Police chased the Hyundai Sonata as it veered off the wrong side of the road and ran red lights on the city’s busiest motorways and streets.
It attracted widespread attention as a television news helicopter broadcast the alleged chase live.
Police said in a statement that the chase began at 10am when officers spotted the allegedly stolen Sonata driving through Casula in Sydney’s south-west.
The battered vehicle was chased but the police called off the chase for safety reasons.
It was tracked by Polar through Homebush, Parramatta and North Parramatta before crashing at a junction in Northern Rocks.
Francisco and Glover faced court on Friday where it was revealed that Glover had two arrest warrants for his arrest.
One was for allegedly evading bail and the other for not appearing in court to face similar charges.
Glover, who was behind the wheel during the chase, also had an unqualified license.
