Model sues ex-tech boss claiming he drunkenly threatened to kill her with giant sword

According to the lawsuit obtained by the New York Post, Lipa came home drunk and began ‘verbally abusing’ Kane before hitting him in the face and ear.
The 38-year-old then wouldn’t let Kahn back into their $1.1M East Village apartment.
“When she was finally able to re-enter with the help of the police, she found that Mr. Lipa had stabbed her and destroyed her clothing,” Cain’s lawyer, Nonna Sikh, said in a statement to the New York Post.

Kahn said it wasn’t the first time her ex, who had a history of taking Adderall and getting drunk, became violent toward her puppy and her.
In November, Lipa allegedly slapped Kan in the face multiple times.
Kahn said that when he returned her to their 1.1M East Village apartment, he stabbed her and destroyed her clothing. She reported the incident to the New York Police Department and requested an order of protection
According to the case obtained by the NYP, Lipa allegedly came home drunk and started ‘verbally abusing’ Kan before hitting him in the face and ear.
