Dennis Russo’s cause of death has been revealed as an accidental overdose of fentanyl and methamphetamine.

The reality star, who was known for her appearances on The X-Life, was just 44 when she tragically passed away in San Diego this March.

She was found unresponsive on the floor while she was at a friend’s house, law enforcement sources told TMZ.

His friend Susie Stenberg, who appeared with him on The X-Life, revealed in March that Dennis was living in his car towards the end of his life.

During that time Denise was engaged to dashing Canadian professional skater Pierre-Luc Gagnon for three years.

Their relationship issues went on camera and they decided to take a break in the season finale.

But they apparently got back together later and welcomed a son, Leo Wolfe, who is now seven years old.

On New Year’s Eve, this past year, Denise posted a heartfelt tribute to her son, whom she referred to by the nickname Lion.

‘To my Lion Wolf, you are the reason the sun shines in the sky, why the moon shines, full and the stars twinkle,’ he wrote.

In an interview with tattoo-themed magazine Incode, Dennis shed some light on his warm bond with his son.

He admitted in the same interview that he had ‘gone through a difficult custody battle’, but did not elaborate.

Susie previously appeared on The X-Life as the wife and marketing manager of motocross driver Jeremy ‘Twitch’ Stenberg.

Twitch, whose nickname comes from his Tourette syndrome, is still with Susie and shares three daughters with her.
