A TikTok star who shared her life on social media platform TikTok after being diagnosed with stage IIIC ovarian cancer eight years ago, has lost her battle with the disease.
Haley Odlozil, 30, died earlier this week. The news was shared by her heartbroken husband Taylor, who often appeared in her videos.
Taylor spoke of the immense grief and grief he and his entire family felt after his wife’s untimely death.
Describing Haley’s relentless fight to survive, Taylor spoke of her deep love for him, their son Weston, her family and friends, which ultimately fueled her determination to survive.
‘It is with incredible sadness that I inform you all that my sweet Hayley has passed away. I cannot begin to describe the pain and sorrow that myself and our entire family are feeling,’ she wrote in a statement online.

The heartbreaking news was shared by her husband, Taylor, who often appears in their viral videos with their son, Weston, four.
The couple had been together since their high school days in 2008 and received the devastating news of Haley’s terminal cancer diagnosis shortly before their wedding in 2015.
‘I never knew my heart could physically hurt. I have never seen anyone fight so hard to survive. Her love for me, Weston, her family and her friends is what has kept her going all these years, especially the last 8 months.
‘I am so blessed to have had Haley as a part of my life for 16 years. It is my true honor to take care of him,’ Taylor wrote.
The couple had been together since 2008 when they were in high school and received the devastating news of Haley’s terminal cancer diagnosis shortly before they said their wedding vows in late 2015.
In 2019, Haley and Taylor welcomed their son Weston, 4, into the world via a surrogate.
Weston often appeared in their TikTok content so viewers could see the strong family bond between the trio.
In a tear-jerking recent video, the son, Weston, received a teddy bear that contained a recording of his mother’s heartbeat.

Taylor spoke of her deep gratitude for having Haley as a part of her life for the past 16 years.
TikTok captions always include the date of the video with the constant reassurance message that ‘Haley is still fighting.’
The updates drew support from millions of followers who followed Haley’s cancer journey closely.
In a tear-jerking video shot in May, Haley’s hospice nurse presented her little boy with a Build-A-Bear stuffed animal that had a recording of Haley’s heartbeat.

Weston, now four years old, was often seen at his mother’s bedside
Haley told how Weston would refer to the stuffed animal as his ‘mummy bear’ and found comfort in cuddling it before bed.
‘When you can’t see mom or feel mom, where am I?’ Hayley will ask, to which Weston will reply, ‘In my heart.’
The hospice also gave Taylor a framed copy of the heartbeat recording.
After Hailey’s death, Taylor said she and her son would take an indefinite hiatus from social media to give them time to grieve.
‘I need some time to process with my son,’ she wrote.
