Dina Manzo and her husband Dave Cantin have just purchased a large property in Montecito, California.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum, 51 — who didn’t attend Luis Ruelas’ wedding to longtime pal Teresa Giudice — and executive, 43, dropped $16 million for the nearly 6,000-square-foot, five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom, Tuscan-style villa.
The listing was described as ‘Montecito’s most enticing offering’.
The couple, who have been married since 2017, moved to the West Coast in 2015 and settled in Malibu.
Now they’re moving north to be neighbors with Gwyneth Paltrow, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Oprah and Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.
Originally built in 1994, the Tuscan villa-style home sold in late 2020 for $4.8 million and underwent significant renovations.

The interior features a living room and family room, both with custom glass and steel French doors that open to a stone terrace to take advantage of the Santa Barbara area’s lovely weather.
The bespoke kitchen has designer appliances and a built-in banquette.
The master-suite has an ocean view, fireplace, private balcony, two closets, marble bathroom and an ensuite lounge.
Three more bedrooms fill the second floor, while the fifth bedroom is downstairs and perfect for a maid.

Dina and her husband have been bi-coastal for many years. They divide their time between Southern California and the East Coast.
In addition to the Montecito estate, they also own a home in San Juan Capistrano, California and a condo in Florida.
