Paulina Porizkova embarked on a romantic trip to Bratislava with her boyfriend, Jeff Greenstein, when they arrived in Slovakia during a heatwave and couldn’t check into their hotel room.
The 58-year-old supermodel documented their arrival in a video posted to Instagram on Wednesday, but her TV writer beau helped her make the best of a bad situation.
Greenstein speculated that she was ‘incredibly excited’ to be with her new love in the Slovakian capital, even if they were roasting in the outdoor cafe.
‘I’m in a European city I thought I’d never be with the woman I love,’ he said.

‘Which one is it here,’ Porizkova interjected, turning the camera on herself and rolling her eyes.
Greenstein couldn’t help but laugh and poke fun at how ‘thrilled’ she looked.
‘We’re definitely emotional mirrors of each other now,’ he joked. ‘I am enlightened. I exude warmth and goodwill, and you look unprepared.’
Porizkova explained that they couldn’t go to their hotel room when they arrived, which soured her mood.
‘I’m really tired after a long flight, and I really want to be able to put mine on [contact] Lenses in and brush my teeth. All this,’ he said.
‘Listen, we all want a hot shower now and then, but you can’t always get what you want,’ her boyfriend pointed out.
‘True,’ he agreed.
The video then cuts to a series of photos of them touring the city with the caption: ‘An hour later — hello Bratislava!’
However, Greenstein said she was ‘incredibly excited’ to be in the Slovakian capital with her new love, and an hour later, they went sightseeing.
Porizkova’s agent and friend Miro Simonic made sure they saw what they could from Bratislava that afternoon.
They walked through the Old Town, the historic center of the city, and enjoyed a private guided tour through the Bratislava Castle.

Porizkova, who changed out of her white tank top and into a hot pink dress, posed after pose in various locations, including inside a castle. She also took a few selfies with Greenstein, who was all smiles while she was with him.
The No Filter writer went into more detail about their trip in the caption, explaining that her agent and friend Miró Simonić made sure they saw everything they could in Bratislava that afternoon.
They walked through the Old Town, the historic center of the city, and enjoyed a private guided tour through Bratislava Castle and the National Council Offices.
Porizkova said they had a ‘fantastic dinner at UFO, a tower hovering over the bridge that looks like a flying saucer with really incredible views and out-of-this-world food.’
They then crashed at their hotel, which he noted was ‘beautiful’, but ‘unfortunately their room didn’t include working air conditioning’.
‘Maybe you can’t do it all, but you can still have an amazing time when you’re in the best company,’ he concluded.
A few days ago, the Czech-born model announced that they were heading to Slovakia when they shared a photo of them hugging at the airport.
‘To take my man to my native land. A first for him in Central Europe and a first for both of us in Bratislava,’ he wrote.

Porizkova first revealed she was seeing someone new in March when she and Greenstein were in the ‘early days’ of their relationship, but she kept her identity a secret.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit star revealed that Greenstein was her boyfriend after making their relationship Instagram official in May.
‘I’m afraid we’re going to have a long show of niceness in the Czech Republic for the next few weeks,’ he added. ‘My apologies. But not really.’
Porizkova first revealed she was seeing someone new in March when she and Greenstein were in the ‘early days’ of their relationship, but she kept her identity a secret.
Two months later, he made their romance Instagram official when he posted a photo of them deleting Raya – the app they met – from their cellphones and tagged her.
Porizkova and Greenstein celebrated three months together with a trip to Paris and have been traveling together ever since.
The writer, producer and director is best known as the showrunner of the popular sitcom Will & Grace, but has worked on several other series including Dream On, Partners, Getting Personal and State of Georgia.
Porizkova had been married to rocker Rick Ocasek for 30 years when he died unexpectedly of cardiovascular disease on September 15, 2019 at the age of 75.
They were separated and going through a divorce when she found him dead inside the Manhattan townhouse they shared.
The day after The Cars frontman died, she learned he had cut her out of her will weeks earlier, claiming she had ‘abandoned’ him. She left him with no money to live on including his own earnings.

The couple enjoyed dinner at the UFO restaurant, which he said ‘looks like a flying saucer with an incredible view’.
Porizkova noted that even their hotel room didn’t have working air conditioning, but she noted that ‘you can still have an amazing time when you’re in the best company’.
Porizkova and Greenstein have been traveling the world together since their relationship went public, and they celebrated three months together in Paris.
She later settled with her late husband’s estate and received what she was owed under New York state law, which was one-third of Ocasek’s estate.
Porizkova’s first public relationship since her late husband’s death was with screenwriter Aaron Sorkin, with whom she attended the Oscars in 2021. This outing was later revealed to be their second date.
She announced their split on Instagram in July after nearly three months together. In the caption, she gushes about how wonderful the Oscar-winning screenwriter is, calling her ‘hot’ and ‘sexy’.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum never revealed exactly why their relationship ended, but she hinted at them being very different.
Porizkova is open about her struggles with dating and meeting her men in her 50s after three decades of marriage.
In a recent post, she shared how finding love on a dating app is a numbers game.
‘When you’re a well-rounded age, the dating pool is mostly divorcees, permanently unavailable and some widows and widowers,’ he explained. ‘People who have no relationship problems are happily married or in long-term relationships!
‘Most of what’s on the market are items that are either being returned, or are being returned of their own volition, because they’re sure higher buyers haven’t appeared yet.
‘So, this dating pool is actually a pool of seventy percent people with serious commitment issues.’
Porizkova admits that one of her relationship problems was ‘falling for someone who has commitment issues.’
‘I had to relearn this part. Three years of intense self-work and many lovely frog kisses. And that’s how I found my prince,’ she explained.
