A man who was the former co-owner of Paris Hilton’s nightclub in Orlando has been arrested and is suspected of trying to arrange the murder of a documentarian.
Feredoun Khalilian, 51, apparently tried to kill the filmmaker, who previously worked for him, after he made a negative documentary about him.
Khalilian, known as ‘Prince Fred’, describes himself as an entertainment agent and entrepreneur on his Instagram account, which has 235,000 followers.
He did business with Hilton in the mid-2000s when they co-owned Club Paris in Orlando.
The club, which featured a private bedroom and was decorated in bright pink, was sold to Dior Entertainment and closed in 2007.

Hilton has not commented on the murder-for-hire allegations.
Khalilian has a history with the law.
He was arrested in both 2005 and 2007 on charges of assault and sexual assault, accused by an employee of Club Paris.
‘I am a diplomat. You can’t arrest me. I own Club Paris,’ he allegedly said, according to TMZ.
He later pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery in November 2007 and was sentenced to one year of probation and 200 hours of community service.
