California mother claims her 19-year-old daughter was 'killed by gender stereotypes'

A California mother claims her 19-year-old daughter was ‘killed by gender stereotypes’ after CPS removed her from her home because her parents did not confirm her transgender identity.

Abigail Martinez stood before the California Judiciary Senate last week to blame gender stereotypes for taking her daughter Yali’s life.

Yeli Mozelle Galdamez died by suicide in September 2019, three years after CPS removed her from her mother’s home.

In the hearing, he said, ‘My daughter was killed because of gender ideology. ‘CPS took my daughter when she was 16. This was helped by her public school counselor and LGBTQ group and another trans-identified girl.

‘My daughter was taken from her loving home because the state of California claimed I was abusive for not affirming her trans identity. I lost my daughter over a name and a pronoun.’

Yali begins to question his gender identity when he enters high school and joins an LBGTQ+ club, where he meets a friend who also identifies as a boy and suggests that Yali’s depression may be due to him actually being a boy.

Martinez said her daughter began questioning her gender identity when she entered high school and joined an LBGTQ+ club, where she met a friend who also identified as a boy and suggested that Yali’s depression was due to her actually being a boy. Maybe because, Ma told the Daily Signal last year.

She said the school did not inform her of her daughter’s desire to transfer, and after she raised concerns, Yale’s school counselor recommended she be better off at her parents’ home.

He said his daughter had ‘mental health issues’ and was ‘not a boy trapped in a girl’s body.’

However, during her daughter’s transition – where she was injected with testosterone almost immediately – Martinez claimed she called her daughter by her chosen names, Jay and Andrew, and tried to support her daughter.

CPS moved Yali into a group home and allowed her mother to visit her once a week for an hour. Martinez told the Daily Signal that she did ‘everything’ to try again to get custody of her daughter, but was unable to, and is now questioning why so many transgender teenagers in the state end up in foster care.

‘Why so many transsexuals in foster care? Because this state takes them from their families, runs them, then steals them. Parents are given an option to treat their afflicted child: promise medicine and remove their healthy body part, or lose your child,’ he told the Judiciary Senate.

‘The abuse claim against me was eventually dropped, but it was too late. damage done By then my daughter was suffering from terrible mental and physical pain. My daughter knelt in front of a train. She was killed because of gender stereotypes.’

The mother said it ‘broke my heart’ that CPS took her daughter with the idea that removing her from her ‘loving’ home would make her ‘more available’. [of a] Chances of survival’ and chances of suicide are low.

While in CPS custody, her daughter was put on hormones, went by the name Andrew and ‘adopted a dog’ to please her, her mother claimed.

‘They are everything [did] didn’t work,’ Martinez told the Daily Signal.

‘Against my consent, my daughter was given testosterone instead of therapy,’ he told the Senate committee.

He told Fox News’ Jesse Waters that a California judge has approved giving Yally testosterone. The mother claimed her daughter had to sign off and watch a video before taking her first shot.

‘She believed all the lies she was told,’ said the mother. ‘He followed their agenda.’

Martinez said her daughter’s depression worsened during treatment and she pleaded with doctors to explain the damage to her child’s body but was told nothing negative was happening.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, testosterone therapy can cause sleep apnea, weight gain, vaginal atrophy, diabetes, and hair thinning.

Now, the mother is pressuring others to stop advocating gender reassignment in children.

“I’m begging you, stop pushing gender ideology,” Martinez told the California committee. ‘I don’t want any parent to feel what I feel every day. Confirmation is not good for the health, safety and welfare of any child.’
