Four bodies found in west London flat: girl, 11, boy, three and a man and woman in their 30s all from the same family
Police were called to a Befontmate home Friday for concerns for the welfare of residents who police believe are believed to be four people.
The bodies of four members of the same family are believed to have been found in a west London flat.
Police were called at 3.12pm yesterday to concerns for the welfare of the residents of a house in Staines Road, Bedfont.
When officers arrived at the home moments later, after forcing entry to the premises, they found the bodies of a man and woman in their 30s, an 11-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy.
The Metropolitan Police said they believed they could identify the four men, who are believed to be related, but inquiries were ongoing into formal identification and notification of next of kin.
The Met’s investigation is being led by specialist crime detectives, who are continuing to investigate.

West London local policing commander Chief Superintendent Sean Wilson said: ‘Our investigation is at a very early stage and based on our initial findings we are currently not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident.
‘I know the shock and anguish this terrible incident will cause in the community of Hounslow and beyond. I can assure local people that specialist officers are working to establish exactly what happened and I will provide more information as soon as possible.
‘I am also aware that this incident will be particularly distressing for children, and I ask that they please be responsible about what they post on social media, including not naming or assuming those who have died.
‘There will be extra police officers in the area throughout the weekend, I would urge anyone with information or concerns to speak to those officers.’
Anyone with information that could assist the investigation is asked to call 101 quoting reference 5135/16 June.
