It comes after Kim requested a drug test of Kroy amid their bitter divorce.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star reported that she saw the football player smoking marijuana, causing her to worry about the safety of their four minor children while they were in his care, according to Radar.
In legal documents obtained by the publication, Zolciak says he has serious concerns for the children’s well-being and is asking a judge to compel Kroy to submit to a five-panel hair follicle drug screen.
The filing also requests that Purchase not cut or remove her hair until the veil is done. Marijuana is not legal in the state of Georgia, where outlaws live.
Asking for sole custody is an unusual move because expats often request joint custody to smooth out a divorce.
